8×8 Virtual Office and Packet8 provider 8×8, Inc. has announced their financial operating results for its third fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2008. The company showed a strong business for the period.

VoIP processing software developer TransPacific Telecom has agreed to purchase the disfunct PrepaidTel.com from Prime Companies. Prime Companies discontinued operations of PrepaidTel in 2007. Shareholders will get 15 percent of the new company.
